Initial Consultation:

This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, to discuss your likes, dislikes, budget, and travel goals.

Research:

Using the information gathered during our Initial Consultation I will research destinations, activities, experiences, and logistics to find the travel products that will best fit your needs and interests.

Itinerary Planning: 

This is where things come together.  I'll create a day by day timeline for you with details about what is included, explain terms and conditions, and list what travel documents you may need.

Quote:

Depending on what type of trip you are taking and what options you've inquired about, I will present you with one to three proposals for consideration.

Second Consultation:

We'll go through the proposals and determine if anything needs to be added or changed.

Final Quote:

I'll make any final adjustments to your itinerary and present you with an updated proposal.

Booking:

After you have reviewed and accepted my final quote I will outline the payment schedule, collect payment information and authorization.  Then I'll get to work booking your dream vacation!

Followup:

Once your trip is booked I'll keep in touch with you to help ensure you have your required travel documents, are aware of any travel advisories, and answer any questions you may have.

Support:

Before, during, and after your trip, if you run into any issues let me know and I'll help get things sorted out.

Followup:

Once you're home and have had a chance to unpack I'd love to hear about your trip!

Connection:

Our relationship doesn't need to end once your trip is over.  I'll keep in touch, and if you agree, occasionally share with you special travel opportunities that match your travel goals and interests.
